Take Action to Pause Your Eviction Case

• Starting March 1st, there is NO LONGER automatic eviction moratorium.
• To pause your case or stop your landlord from starting an eviction case against you, you must fill out a “Hardship Declaration” form.
• All nonpayment cases and most other types of eviction cases can be paused through April 30, 2021.
