- Outreach in the next newsletter - ask current membership once more to email us with any affiliations they have to community orgs. (Ethan can coordinate/handle correspondence)
- Go back through introduce-yourself Slack channel and privately outreach people who grew up in the neighborhood, see if they want to join the WG. (Ethan can do some of this.)
- Do we have a current need to contact any of these orgs? If so, which ones, and what is the need?
- Reach out to our Bengali volunteers and see if they are interested in joining the working group
Karly will be thinking if we can adjust how we refer to our volunteer sign up form with input from our Spanish translators to address preconceptions around what being a volunteer means
